- Products obtained from Paper-Writing-Company.com should never be used for commercial purposes. If the customer does so, this action may lead to legal punishment.

Reimbursement
Paper-Writing-Company.com doesn’t account for customer use or misuse of the purchased products and/or custom essay writing services. In case the customer’s actions lead to legal consequences, he or she should defend Paper-Writing-Company.com and never impute improper motives in reference to our essay writing company. The aforementioned reimbursement includes, but may not be limited to court expenses, attorney fees and other fines that the customer has to cover in case of illegal use of our products and services.
Notification Policy
Any notification that is general to all customers shall be posted on the Paper-Writing-Company.com website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to get acquainted of all such notifications. It is the customer who should provide valid contact information. If this requirement is not met, the customer doesn’t have a right to claim for a monetary refund.
Order Cancellation
In case Paper-Writing-Company.com is not able to assist with writing essays or fails to complete an order, it should immediately notify the customer and issue a full monetary refund.
When the customer orders a paper, he/she needs to provide detailed instructions regarding the work. Paper-Writing-Company.com guarantees to complete such an order in accordance with the given requirements.
In case we fail to meet some of the instructions when writing an essay or a term paper for the customer, he/she should contact us within 48 hours of product receipt. The order will be revised until it meets the original instructions.
If the customer fails to contact the company within the specified time frame, the sale is considered final and no revisions will be made. If some corrections are needed, the customer may use our editing services at an additional price, which is relatively cheap when compared to rates of other online agencies.
Closure of a Deal
A deal considered closed when the customer has receives the order and doesn’t contact the company within 48 hours after this event.
Return of Funds
In case the customer claims for a monetary reimbursement, he/she will be contacted by a representative from our company asking for a reason for order cancellation. We ensure to reimburse the total price of the order if it is of poor quality, and this is verified by our Quality Control Department. The customer should notify his/her bank about the chargeback. As soon as it has been done, we will refund the stated order cost. If the customer fails to contact us within 2 business days, but chooses to claim for a refund, we will provide only 50% of the initial order cost. Furthermore, in case the customer fails to initiate a withdrawal of funds or stops responding to our messages, we reserve the right to annul the agreement. In case a customer takes any deceitful action against our company, we and our partners will never provide any service to this person.
Final Statement
In addition to any prospective polices, the aforementioned terms and conditions posted on the website should form the agreement between the customer and Paper-Writing-Company.com.
